Users are responsible for maintaining account security and all activity under their credentials. You must provide accurate information and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

Attempt to "jailbreak," reverse-engineer, or scrape the Service.

Nature of Output:
The Service utilizes AI to generate alarms, reminders, and check-ins. You acknowledge that AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific needs.
No Professional Advice:
All outputs are provided for general utility and informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional, legal, medical, or financial advice. You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating the fitness of any output for your intended use.
Ownership:
As between you and Sidekick, you own your prompts (Inputs). We assign to you all rights in the generated results (Outputs), provided you comply with these Terms. You grant us a non-exclusive license to process your content to provide and maintain the Service.
The Sidekick interface, brand, and proprietary technology are owned by Sidekick Bulgaria Ltd.. Your use of the Service does not grant you ownership of our underlying software or trademarks.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or create legal exposure for Sidekick Bulgaria Ltd.. You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion.
The Service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sidekick Bulgaria Ltd. and its service providers shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the AI or its generated content.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Sofia, Bulgaria.
